TALLOWEEN 2009
State your intent here. Tell your friends. If we get enough people, LETS DO IT.
Uh...for those of anyone who doesn't remember or wasn't on the old forums last time around:
Talloween is a fantastic experience in which we...uh...someone help me out here. Make it sound exciting and whatnot. I'm off my game today. GO!
PEOPLE WHO ARE IN (continuously updated):
(I'll moderate it?)
Oliver
Dwight
Billy
Jill
Charissa
Kevin (MAYBE? C'MON KEVIN. DO IT.)

Re: TALLOWEEN 2009
Tally Hall + Halloween = TALLOWEEN!
What better way to celebrate Halloween than by sending great, fall-festive Tally Hall-related gifts to fellow halligans? THERE AIN'T NO BETTER WAY, FOOL.
for example, this is one part of the gift i received last talloween:

I'm in. Just say the word and I'll get to preparing my gift.
Re: TALLOWEEN 2009
I wish I were creative enough to do this. *sad panda*
Re: TALLOWEEN 2009

Re: TALLOWEEN 2009
I'm not as creative as I would like to be, last year I just bought stuff and put it in mini pumpkins.
But I'm in.
But I'm in.

Re: TALLOWEEN 2009
Perhaps.
I want to do a project in ceramics, but I don't think I'll be able to finish one in 10 days. Maybe for the next holiday.

Re: TALLOWEEN 2009
ALSO: It's so late int he game that I think getting anything out before/by Halloween may be slightly impossible. Don't worry about that being the timeline for now. How about people submit their names by Friday and by Saturday afternoon (west coast afternoon) I'll contact all you guys with who your sending to. Yee yee?

Re: TALLOWEEN 2009
Actually, if someone could take over getting addresses and matching people up, I'd appreciate it. I know it's weird to ask after I went through the process of bring the whole thing up, but I can't really do it anymore. Sorry. Thanks much.

Re: TALLOWEEN 2009
If everybody would kindly turn their attentions to my facebook page, you will see a convenient little "send message" button. If you click it and give me your name and address, I will shuffle who is giving whom gifts. Please have your addresses sent to me by Monday.
Please, ONLY message me if you're CERTAIN that you can come up with an idea for a gift, see that idea through to its execution, and mail that gift out to its recipient. We agreed last year that we should only do this once annually because of some problems we ran into with follow-through on the Christmas-equivalent of Talloween, the Happy Hallidays.
My name on Facebook is Oliver Ghingold. If you haven't announced interest in this thread, but still want in, just send me a message.
(Also, and this is just my two cents, but since Halloween is about to come and go, and since good gifts take time to think up, I suggest making this thread the Happy Hallidays thread and giving people a mailout deadline of Dec. 1st.)
