I get that he's a politician who puts the people first throughout the whole thing, like "no one's better than you" and how he thinks they should "run the show", so he's obviously out to do good for the people. But I guess not everyone sees it like that and he gets assassinated.


And as much as I don't want to say it, I kept thinking about Obama throughout this video.

Well I think its a reflection of Obama, in terms of what some people feel about his future. It was a good time to release the video, in that respect. The video itself was amazing, really a master-work of puppetry and mechanics. It really fit the "Wonky, Fabloo" style that I've come to expect of Tally Hall.

this song was originally written by andrew for the group he started at UMich called "toy orchestra" which used toy instruments and a sing-along style. he would print out the lyrics for everyone in the group so they could sing-along and when he printed this one out, there was a typo that said 'sotry.' the group members thought it was funny and it stuck since then.
