RULES!

No obscene material or language!
(this includes all portions of a user's post as well as their avatar and signature)

No fighting!
No spam!
No extra-small text!
No images in signature larger than 50px high and 400px wide!
No text strings or URLs longer than 60 characters!
(if you have a URL longer than 60 characters, please enclose it in a hyperlink tag of your choice)
Avatars must be no larger than 150px wide and 250px high

And no double posting. If you need to add something to thread that you just posted on, use the edit button to add it to your previous post.

Actually, I don't mind double-posting too much. Because if you want to add something to a thread a couple days later and youre still the last poster.... if you edit your last post then no one will know. The topic won't come up as recently posted in.

The only time double-posting would be annoying is if you just posted within like 5 minutes of yourself.

Whenever I had potential to double post, I would copy my post, delete it, make a new post, paste old post, and add "EDIT" or "UPDATE" at bottom.

New rule added:
Avatars must be no larger than 150px wide and 250px high


I didn't think I needed to add this because I put these restrictions on the profile pages. Unfortunately, the settings were backwards. Please check your avatars and obey this rule.

amazing rule. that was my #2 pet peeve (after spam) at the other boards- people with HUGE avatars. sooo disruptive.
